Sauteed carrots, cabbage, scallion, mushrooms, ginger and garlic are seasoned with hoisin sauce and sesame oil. Then, this filling is double wrapped in classic Chinese wrappers sealed with egg wash.
Fry at 350 degrees until golden brown. Cut on the bias and serve with the dipping sauce.
